& Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pakrum", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the entity operating the pakrum online gaming platform at pakrum.org, licensed under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the pakrum website at pakrum.org, together with all associated services, games, betting markets, mobile interfaces, and account management tools made available to registered users.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a pakrum account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the pakrum Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player in PKR that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or other non-cashable incentives credited by pakrum subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by pakrum using CNIC documentation or equivalent identity evidence.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, or any jurisdiction specifically excluded by pakrum's licensing conditions.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond pakrum's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party service interruptions.

By registering an Account on pakrum, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with pakrum's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pakrum will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account.

These Terms are available in English, which is the governing language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on pakrum, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age is required during the KYC verification process.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended pakrum Account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pakrum or any of its associated entities.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani CNIC number or equivalent government-issued identification. pakrum reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses, and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balances will be handled in accordance with pakrum's KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on the pakrum Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. pakrum shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pakrum immediately by contacting the support team.

pakrum reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account access at any time where there is a reasonable suspicion of:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period;
• Ongoing investigation by pakrum's compliance or fraud prevention teams.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal and payment details held on their Account remain current and accurate. Updates to account information must be submitted through the account settings section or by contacting pakrum support.

pakrum processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Approved deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published within the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pakrum Account balance within seconds of confirmation on your mobile wallet. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited subject to standard inter-bank processing times. pakrum is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pakrum will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed on business days; processing times vary by payment method and are outlined in the cashier section.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal request may be submitted, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to deposited bonus funds must have been met;
• Your withdrawal request must not be flagged by pakrum's fraud prevention systems;
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified Real Money Balance.

pakrum reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the cancellation of the pending withdrawal request.

pakrum offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed the minimum required deposit, where applicable, as stated in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unwagered Bonus Balance remaining at expiry will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• pakrum reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, subject to the original promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using automated wagering systems, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or misrepresenting eligibility — will have all bonuses cancelled and their Account reviewed for suspension. pakrum's determination of bonus abuse is final.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on pakrum are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market page. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Casino Games: All casino games on pakrum — including slots, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Kalaka Bingo, and Teen Patti 20-20 — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published and accessible to all registered Players. pakrum does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at pakrum's discretion. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event — whether due to technical error, delayed data feeds, or any other reason — will be voided. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).

Malfunction & Error: In the event of a game or system malfunction, technical fault, or human error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game results, or payouts, pakrum reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to Players. pakrum's decision in all such matters is final and binding.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market page. pakrum reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakrum Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility for any promotion or service.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating betting patterns, or any other form of cooperative cheating.
• Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in any way without human intervention.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, odds errors, or any other technical fault to generate winnings. Any winnings arising from known or exploited errors are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds of any origin. pakrum complies fully with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions as required by law.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with any part of the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or other Players' accounts.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward pakrum staff or other Players through any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the pakrum Platform — including but not limited to the pakrum brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, audio-visual elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakrum or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pakrum;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use pakrum's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pakrum's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakrum's total cumulative liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pakrum Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakrum shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Damages arising from Platform unavailability, service interruption, or Force Majeure events;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, software supplier, or network operator.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pakrum makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which pakrum accepts no liability.

pakrum is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must not be used as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

pakrum provides the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost to all registered Players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your pakrum Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net gaming activity for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your own access to the Platform for a set period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pakrum Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

If you believe that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please make use of the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek independent support. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your account settings or by contacting pakrum support directly.

Termination by You: You may close your pakrum Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Real Money Balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by pakrum: pakrum reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity is detected or reasonably suspected;
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pakrum;
• A Player is identified as a minor, a self-excluded individual, or a person from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by pakrum due to breach of these Terms, pakrum reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, verified Real Money Balances will be returned. Bonus Balances are not returnable under any circumstances following Account closure for breach.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the pakrum Platform, you must first contact pakrum's customer support team, providing full details of the matter. pakrum will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with pakrum's resolution, you may escalate the matter to pakrum's designated complaints officer by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". The complaints officer will conduct a full review and issue a final decision within 28 calendar days.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game or sporting event, pakrum's records shall be the definitive reference. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's records and pakrum's server-side logs, pakrum's server-side records shall prevail.

Players who remain dissatisfied following pakrum's internal resolution process may refer their complaint to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated under pakrum's international gaming licence, details of which are available upon request from the support team.

pakrum reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — pakrum will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of these Terms reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakrum holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through pakrum's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pakrum from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing harm arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
